Created vision for strategic products, latest one involving strategy to repurpose a failing vertical into new sustainable revenue stream for creators;

Paved the road to kick off of cross functional teams;

Executed end to end, hands on product management inside cross functional team: from team strategy creation, research and discovery of user problems, to prototype testing, impact analysis of solutions and iteration planning ( had to self teach PostgreSQL to create analysis reporting for product initiatives);

Highlighted challenges and results

Discovered and delivered product iterations leading to an increase in average utilization rate of digital souvenirs from 2% to 30% in digital events, by working on the ease of set up of the product with creators and sales team;

Reduced handling time of copyright reporting process from 40h a week to 3 hours per month through new product functionality, using early on validation through storefront prototyping with real users, also increasing compliance rate from 23 to 37%.
